Quality

The latest techniques are applied to achieve a near zero reject rate. All parts are inspected during the production run by either a simple, recorded, self-inspection or by full SPC data collection with gauge and machine error studies.

Our aim is to minimise waste at the point of production not at final inspection. To have a batch fail at final inspection can have disastrous consequences for delivery.

All processes are controlled by our quality management system accredited to ISO9001:2000. As well as ISO approval Marquis also hold ship to stores and preferred supplier status with our main customers.

The inspection department is fully equipped including a new Tesa Microhite CMM. All equipment is regularly calibrated to ISO and UKAS standards.

Certificates of conformity are supplied as standard. Full first article to AS9102, material certificates, plating certificates and customer specific inspection reports can easily be supplied upon request.

We operate and open book policy for quality issues. All customers and their regulating authorities are welcome to inspect our records at any time.
